2. Account & Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old and provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from the Billing page. Refunds are issued at our discretion and per applicable law.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: sharing accounts, scraping content, reverse-engineering, attempting to gain unauthorized access, or using the Service to violate any law.
5. Intellectual Property
All course content, software, branding, and materials are owned by MikeKnows QA or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal learning use.
6. No Employment Guarantee
MikeKnows QA provides educational and career-preparation tools. We do not guarantee employment, certifications, exam results, or any specific outcome.
7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MikeKnows QA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may cancel at any time.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
